Cap'n Crunch has had his right eye closed for sometime now and everytime he opens it he blinks a lot and closes it again. Is there something wrong? He does it when i mist him too but the mist doesnt seem to bother him.

You don't want to mist him in his tank, your substrate is going to hold humidity. Is there anything coming out of the eye like liquid or puss or is there shed skin on his eye?

Yes don't mist him in the tank with your substrate..
Most likely his got some of the crushed walnut shells in his eye... This is one of the big issues with sand/crushed walnut substrates :(
It also could be that the light has burned his eye :( and in that case you may need to take him to see a vet to have it looked at..
Is he still in that little tank with the 1 light?

Yes he is still in the small tank. I get paid this coming week and going to get a bigger tank for him.
Good glad to hear,,please consider no crushed walnut shells (ok I'll get off my box...)

As big of a tank you can :) several hides, back grounds, decorations, platforms for them to get up closer to the basking spots (they have climbing bridge type things or wood structures)....Timers to put their lights on a fixed schedule, get creative :)

Most people do 12 hours on 12 hours off. Doing 14 hours on and 10 off is fine too.
