I NEED TOO KNOW (dandelion)

Is it safe for my baby beardie to eat dandelion leaves? Is it good for them? Do they like it? My mom found it’s a great food for them but then I found something that said no and yes. I’m so confused please help

i think it’s okay as long as you make sure they have no pesticides!

I believe so. They were my juveniles favorite vege. I was told by vet that I should only give him bought or special harvested, though, and to still wash them thoroughly before giving to him as with all his veges and fruits. She recommended not running around the yard gathering them as they might contain parasites and other nasties.

Yeah as long as they are cleaned. I get mine from the grocery store and they are very nutritious for people as well as my beardie.
