Humidity Issue

Can't get my humidity consistently over 30 during the day. At night, after I turn the lights off, (I run a CHE at night) it increases to the mid 30's, but during the day with all the lights and heat, it holds at around 25-27. I have a small humidifier going, and leave a bowl of water on the hot side.

It's fine my one tank has been running around 20-25% as well- I run a small humidifier at nite on low and high during the day I am also running a che at nite as well
