watch this video =---- I would look at getting some textured slated ceramic tile -- put a couple of pieces in the tank and she can walk across it and it will keep them down --

Theres a clear part underneath the nail that you shouldnt cut, the video above shows it cut off in the thumbnail which doesnt seem right. You should only cut the very tips.

You don't need to trim their nails . give them rocks and other natural decor like wood and their nails will be filed smoother plus thy need that extra hook and grit and the tip for better mobility in climbing . you don't need to brush their theeth either just feed something crunchy often. All this is unnecessary and causes more stress on both parties these aren't Make up dolls that need clothes .

Thank you for the advice :) I will however be trimming her nails, she has a log and a rock and that isnt enough her nails have cut one of my family members and they told me to cut her nails.

If you want easy, you can get a high grit sandpaper (500-800) and just take off the very tips, (friction does cause heat, dont focus on one nail for more than 3-5 swipes) ive found this is easier for me, my beardie hates getting her nails cut.
