How much to feed?

I have an adult male bearded dragon who is around three years old. He is healthy (weighs around one pound) and loves his bugs. However, his salad is a different story. He will not eat salad on his own, so my wife and I have to hand feed him every day.

My question is (I cannot find anything useful on the internet) how much veg (in grams) I should be trying to feed him every day? I know with salads you just leave it out for them, but he won't touch it. Maybe there isn't a good answer to this and I need to just keep feeding him what I have been. He definitely doesn't go hungry.

Get some silk worms or BSFL and put those on the top of his salads -- silks stick to everything - you will need to get a bowl w/ a lip on it tho for the BSFL they are a larvae get large -- add those to his salads in front of him first thing in the morning -- here are some websites for you --
