Hiding and not pooping enough

Hi, my beardie is almost 1 year old. I'm pretty sure shes a girl, but not 100%. The past 2 months she has slowly started hiding a lot, not being as active as she uses to, and isn't pooping regularly. She sleeps during the day , which she never used to do. I give her baths to try to help her poop. It works sometimes. Her last poop was hard and chalky and not very much. I take her outside to get sunshine. She's eating, but not like she used to. She eats greens, dubias and mealworms. She's just not acting well. Any ideas what could be wrong? Thanks.

Maybe she is getting ready to brumate? Some beardies brumate during the Australian winter months instead of winter in the northern hemisphere.

Really? You know I thought that, but because it's summer, I thought that couldn't be it. She was digging alot a few weeks back and now she has stopped. I hope that's it. Thanks
