i went to the New England Reptile Expo yesterday to get feeders for my chameleons, and fell in love with this guy so decided he needed to come home with me! I haven't decided on a name yet. I spent a long time talking with the breeder to find out as much as possible but I am sure I will have many more questions! He is in a 40g tank with a temporary I've and heat bulb- I ordered better lights from Todd at light your reptiles and will post more pics once they arrive!

Thank you! He is three months old and quite large already at 16". i bought him from Casey at HereBDragons. He was beyond helpful and I would highly recommend them! Still trying to decide on a name, leaning towards Mushu from the Mulan movie but not sure yet if it fits.

That would make 3 Mushus haha. He is huge for 3 months! My guy, also Mushu, is 4 months and only 10 inches.

Thank you! I have been exploring the care sheets as well as various threads.

His hatch date was 7/1. I'm not sure what you mean by microscale?
His color is citrus and he is leatherback, het trans, and has a 66% chance of being het hypo. That is all I know about "what he is" lol.

He is absolutely beautiful. If I'm not mistaken I believe a microscale dragon is a lot like a leatherback except their scales are actually even smaller and the side spikes are usually smaller as well. Not sure how correct that it so don't take my word lol.
Any who, welcome to the forum and congrats on your new beardie

Thanks! we have decided to go with the name meathead....not in a derogatory way, but because my two chameleons are Edith and Archie, so to keep it All in the Family seemed perfect! And at least this way there isn't as much chance of others having the same name!
