My name is Brianna, or Hal. Whichever works! My bearded dragon's name is Broski! So far it's been an interesting couple of days, they're already shedding and I'm not sure what to make of it. And I don't want to bathe them so soon, since I'd like to give them the opportunity to be comfortable around me and settle in.

Apparently they're six months old, and I haven't sexed them yet because I'd like to keep contact and handling to a minimum to start out with. Anyway! Here's a picture of Broski!

(They've been pretty skittish and stressed out, so it was nice to have them feel comfortable enough to approach me when eating for a brief moment!)

Hey Hal and hey Broski! You’re wise for letting beardie settle in a little before handling too much. Welcome to the forum, please do ask if you have any Q’s and hopefully someone can offer advice. Feel free to go over your set up / routine if you’d like any pointers, tips or corrections early on! x

I'll be sure to do so! There's always room for knowledge, so if you have any tips n' pointers about bonding that would be wonderful! And if there are any common mistakes new owners make that I should avoid, please let me know!
