help!!

my bearded dragon was in his tank and I was sitting on the couch, I then heard this banging around in his tank. I run over and looked in and he was rolling about the tank with his mouth open (like an alligator trying to kill his pray) I couldn't touch him as he was rolling about that fast I was scared of hurting him. He looked like he was fitting/seizure but I'm not entirely sure what he is doing. I am really worried and just looking for a bit of advise if anyone had experienced this before.. He is about 11months, he goes to the toilet fine and he eats fine so not got a clue what it could be

how is he now? he may have had a seizure. if you can - and it happens again - try to get a video of it and take him to a vet.

Well after it he froze up and stood still, my partner then picked him up and there wasn't much movement from him. We put him in a bath and he done the toilet.. It was like he was constipated at first took him a while to poo. Then he finally done the toilet and he seems back to his lively self running around the living room. He is now in viv and sleepin just worried he's not ok as this is the first time it has happened I just panicked

I would keep an eye on him and like Canicke said try to get a video and take him to a vet.

Are you dusting his food with calcium w/o D3 and vitamins? What kind of UVB and basking lights does he have?
