If in a green puddle ...yes. If firm and nicely shaped...I would say no. If he eats salad, the poo is greenish.

A good rule of thumb i use is , as long as its firm not a puddle(water in poo is okay as long as the poo itself is formed) smell (I personally get annoyed with this cause everyone says “oh if its really really stinky it must be parasites” while that can be true, its poo..... its supposed to stink, what your smelling for is putridness (like something dead) , the smell will permeate the whole room (trust me you’ll know, ur nose hairs will singe off) and lastly is any undigested food, if bug bits are coming out you need to re-evaluate ur bugs
