Well he's 2 almost 3 and he's never pooped like this from the time I've had him (almost a year maybe) and I haven't been home for about 3 days so my dads been turning off and on his lamp for those days so he wakes up around 3 to 5 in the afternoon (since my dad gets home from work them) and the veggies are the same

Before I saw the poop he was running around wanting to get out then I picked him up and realized he had poo all on his belly so I cleaned it up and he calmed down a bit, then he started to run around again and after all that he settled back on his log

i'm thinkin a couple of things - he missed you, wasnt comfortable with dad, wanted out, and - really needs more light time - and heat. I'm betting he'll be back to normal in a couple of days.

Should I leave his light on for longer today? And thank you so much! I was worried it was parasites or something worse, this also made me decide that I don't want to leave him alone with my dad for a month

i would leave it on a bit more today. get an electrical time from any hardware store - not very expensive. i typically give light to mimic nature - longer in the summer, less in the winter. i'm not sayin it ISNT parasites, but the circumstances indicate the other possibilities. watch him for a few days. a month might be a bit long for your baby to be in the hands of a non beardie lover !

I would be back every weekend I just don't like the idea of leaving any of my babies alone for that long, and I'll keep an eye on him I hope nothing's wrong.

He curled up in my lap after I wet some paper towel and cleaned him up

Definitely get a light timer, they are a godsend! I have a feeling the change in the light schedule may have thrown him off a bit.
