Help, what is THIS THING IN CRICKET CAGE?!

Ok so I was feeding my lizard buddy and I thought this was just cricket poop, so I ignored it, I gave him the rest of the crickets I had and then I noticed this creature on the egg carton

its small, but it's hairy and has tons of legs
Is it a parasite?? Larva?? Is it dangerous???

if it is dangerous, what do i do?? My lizard already ate the crickets, could they be infected by this thing?!

If you're easily squeamish by bugs don't look at it
It's creepy and ugly and gross

I poked it with my long tweezers and it started moving
Now it is moving around the cricket cage

help! Please!

So basically it will eat the dead crickets?
Where did it come from?
I kept it in the cage because I didn't know what to do with it.

it can eat dead ones, but will it harm alive crickets?

It’s totally harmless, it wont eat alive crickets, they put them in the shipments when pet stores order large amounts of crickets, they’re part of the “cleaner crew” of bugs (cleaner crew: spring tails, isopods, pincher bugs, millipedes, super worms, etc) id keep him and throw him in your next batch of crickets, eventually it’ll molt into a beetle, and then do the same thing.
