Hi, we just bought this bearded dragon off kijiji and it seems he wasn’t taken care of properly at all. He is 3 years old, was in a 20 gallon tank with no thermometer etc. Anyways we’ve had him for 5 days and I just noticed these on him. I think the smaller ones are blocked femoral pores? But what about the bigger ones, could they just be severely blocked? Going to make a vet appointment on Tuesday but in the meantime I’m hoping to possibly get some answers!

Those look like clogged femoral pores. Have you tried soaking him in warm water and rubbing a soft-bristled toothbrush - for children? Don't pick at it.
