I've had my baby bearded dragon for about 3 days and yesterday I noticed him shaking his head like crazy and when he stopped his tail started shaking!! I'm really worried!

How old is your dragon? what lighting are you using? what supplements are you giving? what food are you giving? Can you video it?
It's possible MBD signs, have you had him checked out by a reptile vet?

I'm not sure how old he is maybe a month or two? I use a 100watt bulb and a UVB, and I looked up MBD so I have been giving him calcium supplements, He has been eating crickets but I can't get him to eat any veggies,I can try to get the shaking on video, and I was planning on taking him to the reptile vet this weekend to get him checked out.

Good idea to get him checked out by the vet. Not sure how he is shaking his head but babies are really susceptible to star gazing and you usually notice it by them arching their head and twitches in the toes and tail and seizures. If you have other reptiles make sure you practice perfect husbandry until you can get him to the vet. Meaning, wash your hands before and after you handle him, and don't share tools or food between reptiles. If it's MBD, some little tweaks in his care will help make him feel better.
