Looks like the tail is going into shed--- when you said black I thought infection but its not infected-- please go over all your lighting UVB coil or long tube fixture placement of the UVB --- surface basking temps and how your taking them -- NO stick ons they are inaccurate you want a digital probe thermometer
mine went thru something similar.wouldn't poop,didn't respond to touch,wouldn't eat,and looked like he was gonna die.sometimes tails darken when they get ready to shed or just happenes.nut, the rest:try water.warm him up a place to soak and just let him soak.warm helps them poop and sometimes they get backed up.that can kill them quickly.warm bath three times a day for just over a week and my beardie was up and running.before that he wouldn't open his eyes and was basically dying.try giving him more calcium also.
this is bob.7 and a half months old and look how small.only weighs 4.25 grams and 10 cm long.tail already growing back,despite being told it wouldn't.thats him in a regular cereal bowl.
