Steph, I'm assuming these are Celsius temps. I think you need to up your temps. The hot side should be around 45C. The cool side should be about 30C.

I think you may have a combo of relo stress coupled with setup issues. Do you know the make and model of your UV bulb? For example, is it a reptisun 10.0 or a reptiglo 10.0.

Okay... not a bad bulb, just insufficient uvb for a dragons' needs. I'll assume you are in the UK... So here are my recommendations.
Get the Arcadia 12% tube flo uvb. It is rated the highest of all the uvbs with the exception of one, in Aus.
Or trade the 5% in for a 10% same brand, and that will offer enough proper uvb for your baby.

That is great that he is eating his salad. However, they do need to eat their proteins. It is very important that first year of their lives. After 1 year of age, proteins are eaten about 3 times per week.

Couple of thoughts come to mind -

1. first, you've only had him for 1 week. He may be going through relo stress. It can last a couple of days to a couple of weeks. When they experience this, they don't eat their normal amounts.

2. What are your temps on the hot and cool side? Temp needs to be 110F on the hot side and 85F on the cool side. This is important for dragons to be warm enough to digest their food.

3. What UV light are you using?

4. You may want to consider feeding him in another container and not his viv.

Don't stop the salad. They need these nutrients too.

What a cutie! He is very dark, which could very well indicate relocation stress. It could also indicate that he is not getting enough UV light. Janie gave some great recommendations on UV light.
