I came home from college and my bearded dragon was looking like this I’m not sure what’s wrong with him if anyone knows please help?

hmmm, left eye looks ok, just looks like a bit of shed stuck on there. The right eye looks infected, almost like some kind of conjunctivitis. I cant tell you the cause, but I would be looking at that sand as a possible culprit. Sand is a breeding ground for bacteria, could be the cause of an infection.
Get a tea bag (non flavoured) wet it and gently clean the eye(dab dont rub). The tannin in tea is an astringent and will help draw out anything stuck in there. cleaning also means you can get a better look at the problem.
A vet visit will be needed as you may need antibiotcs
