What are you feeding lots of fruits or veggies that contain water--- what your using for a UVB brand and bulb ? coil or tube? What are the basking temps? How are you taking them NO stick ons they are inaccurate --- all these play a part in digestion etc---------------

she has a coil uvb bulb next to her basking spot and her basking spot temp is around 100 - 105 degrees and every morning i give her collard greens and sweet peppers and in the evenings i give her crickets and sometimes i mix in other insects like mealworms and dubia roaches. she just pooped again and it was a normal poop no diarrhea. i’ll put a picture of her here. she is very alert and active and no signs of lethargy or other illnesses. her name is Rex. i do use stick one but i will replace them asap. i like to take her outside at least once a week and let her get some natural rays.

Yes. Take to vet now. If a bearded dragon has diarrhea and you have not changed their feeding there is something going on and possibly with their organs especially kidneys. Three weeks ago my two-year-old beardi, Wung Wady, died and had diarrhea the day she passed. I had no idea that she wasn’t just grab it but that it was her long that had expanded due to a blood clot which started shutting down organs. Not to scare you. But being straight to point.

Hi Jack, we rescue and rehome. Your Beardie has Coccidia it’s a deadly parasite caused by cages that are not kept clean & Beardie licking or ingesting it. Take him to a Reptile vet ASAP for a fecal sample it’s $46; they will give him 2 doses of Ponzuril. In the meantime, Throw out the carpet substrate in the tank & burn the entire cage with hot boiling water & burn all Feeding/water dishes & all his furniture & throw out the hammock & get a new one. This is like lice; it takes a lot to kill it. U can use white terry cloth towels as the flooring and place 2-3 layers so when he poops u remove it ASAP and wash it u need to clean for 4weeks then retest the poop. Anywhere he has walked outside needs to be pressure washed or burned with hot water, & inside the home, all your tile should be wiped w/hot warm water & vinegar & indoor carpets should be steam cleaned or carpet cleaned & wash all bedding in hot water; basically anywhere that he has touched or walked. Keep the cage super duper clean & remove poop instantly when he poops from this point on & forever.

So sorry to hear that your dragon passed away. That must be tough. Hang in there. :(

Did u read my post about Coccidia?? And No sand substarte ever. Also proper temps and uvb and never Ever feed mealworms. Super and hornworms only after 1.5 urs of age or it destroys their tummy. And no spinach or carrots. Do mustard & collard greens, endives, yellow squash, butternut squash and snap peas only everyday twice a day alongside crickets and Dubias 4-5 times a day inder 3mnths old & 3-7mnths feed 3-4 times a day the proteins; at 9-12mnths 2-3 times a day and as adults( 1yr plus) u feed 20-25 crickets per day and u can ad a few super or hornworms but they are high in fat. And always the greens/veggies forever starting at a young age.

Before ANYTHING is determined, you will need to get an exam and fecal sample form your vet. There's no guarantee it's coccidia, so don't start panicking yet. An accurate diagnoses cannot be made long-distance on a forum, especially by someone who is not a vet.
Please swap out your coil UVB for a ReptiSun or Arcadia T5 H.O and use a reflector fixture. Coil bulbs give off practically no UVB and are a scam.
Next, move your bearded dragon to a temporary cage (if you have a travel tank or carrier, use that). Removed EVERYTHING from the cage and scrub it down with a diluted bleach mixture, and then do the same for the tank itself. Replace the substrate entirely. Meanwhile, in his temporary enclosure, raise the temps by a few degrees.
