HELP folds on skin should I be concerned

Frank has folds on his scales is he hungry deahitrated or somthing else I need advice

Take him out and gently pinch his skin if it recedes right away hes well hydrated, if it stays crimped he needs water.

He looks good-- his urate- should be white formed and moist-- no chalky or dried out looking
