Hello everyone! :D
I adopted a 6yo male bearded dragon named Maxamillion three weeks ago from people who couldn't care for him anymore.
He's a real sweetie, and we're off to a great start!

50g, upgrading to a 75. Hot spot is 105, into 90ishs, and the cool area is 75.
Eating superworms and crickets every other day. Working on a roach colony. Soaks regularly, poops too ;)
Love him to bits already!

Welcome – he looks great. What kind of greens are you feeding him? Those wires on the back of the tank are on the outside?

They are. He's on a double tank stand, so some are from up top.
Dandelions, plantain, mallow, strawberry leaves, creeping jenny, creeping charlie, petunia, hibiscus, opitunia cactus, clover (sweet yellow and white) prickly lettuce, radish greens, mustard greens, turnip, rose of sharon, and honeysuckle...
Fruit and berries so far include banana, strawberry, apple, and grapes. I know all about sugary foods and reptiles, so it's an extreme treat :D
Thank you! He's a darker blackish color than like sandy-tan-does he need more UVB exposure?
Oh, right... he's got 2 MVBs.

Lighting is not my specialty – hope someone else can help you with that. Your variety of greens looks great! Their colors will change for a number of reasons – including heat, light, comfort level, aggression level. My grayish male gets almost white when he's outside in the heat for a bit. My muddy black female gets a brilliant orange in the sun and heat. She also lightens up quite a bit when I hold her. Yeah – they're a blast! Welcome to the journey

Great looking beardie! Glad you were able to give him a good home. Looks like he's got a great cage. Do you have any pictures showing the enclosure? I'm working on setting my 75 gallon up and am looking for ideas.
