My friend is going to get a bearded dragon in 2 weeks, she's going to get a baby one! But the problem is I have an adult and she's never had a beardie before so we don't know how to take care of a baby can you give us helpful tips?

It's similar to caring for an adult, but there are some important differences:

Paper towels or newspaper is the recommended substrate because there's a higher risk of impaction with sand in babies and reptile carpet could catch a baby's toenails and cause injury.

Basking temp should be 110 or maybe even a little higher.

Baby dragons eat a LOT. I mean, a lot. Pinhead crickets or really small roach nymphs. Probably about 20, 2 or 3 times a day. The baby probably won't eat greens yet, but offer anyway.

Welcome to the forum. drzebra is right babies eat A LOT so she should be prepared. One of mine ate 20 crickets 3 times a day for the first 4 months! They also need some time to settle in to their new home. Give them about a week to settle in before trying to handle them. Then start slowly 5 minutes at a time and then work your way up as you build trust.
