Welcome! How big is your bearded dragon? Crickets are a good staple, meal worms are a treat. Meal worms have a lot of chitin and can be hard to digest. Super worms are a better treat choice, they still have the chitin but they are also a little fatter. Frozen veggies are fine as long as they are cooked and cooled but fresh veggies are a better choice especially leafy greens. Here is a link to a great website that shows what veggies are good http://www.beautifuldragons.com/Nutrition.html

Lettece does not have nutrients. They need like collard greens and any dark greens like that. PastsyB gave you a link in her comment you should look at it has all the different greens and fruits you can give them. Fruits should really just be a treat tho only given a couple tines a week maybe. Have a look that link thats what i use when i go to the store and want to try something diff for my guy.

OMG No! They need greens! Things like Romaine lettuce and Iceberg lettuce are not good but more nutritious greens like collards, mustard greens, endive, kale, are needed. Grapes are a good treat but try to stick to veggies, peppers and squash are good. Please look at that link I posted earlier, it is a bearded dragon diet bible, it's very helpful. You also need to dust his insects with calcium (with no vitamin D3) and also a multivitamin once a week. I hope he chimes him here but Germ always posts very good links on diet and bearded dragon care that you should take a look at. You can always look him up in the member directory and search some of his previous posts to find the links. You're little guy looks like he might already be feeling the effects of the limited vitamins in his diet.
