Hi my name is Drew. I have been wanting a bearded dragon for a while now. Although I don't have beardies, I do have leopard geckos.. But I hope to adopt a beardie in the future.

Welcome Drew! Your geckos are adorable I started out with leopard geckos before we got our first bearded dragon. My boyfriend really wanted a beardie but after he read up on them he was afraid we didn't have the room to accommodate their adult size so we ended up with the geckos. He wasn't excited about them and it turns out that when we got them they were sick and I was unable to nurse them back to health. So I did research on beardies and here we are today...with THREE!

Aw. And I absolutely love our geckos. They each have their own personality lol. Lizzie is very tame. And very photogenic. She likes to chill in my pocket. Demetri is very sweet as well, but just a little skittish. We have been working with her a lot to tame her. And Sprinkles.. Lol he has the personality of a cat haha. Sometimes he likes to be handled..sometimes he doesn't lol. He's just nice when he wants to be. I think beardies are adorable tho. I love how curious and active they are .

LOL! We named our girl Lizzy! We couldn't come up with names so we had Lizzy and Izzy

My husband had been calling her Igor lol.. And then I noticed She looked like a girl. So he was going to call her Igoretta. Thank Goodness he changed his mind lol. So from then on Lizzie just stuck .

You should really consider getting one. They make wonderful pets. I have one that is a little over a year old...best pet ever!!! If you do get one, he/she will be hard not to spoil. Hope you find one!
