he wont poop AGAIN

once agaaaaiiiin he won't poop I've gave him soft foods done all the mixtures I even rubbed his fat belly while he was in the bath and NO POOP should I give him more time or the rub the frick out of his belly

Give him a little more time. How long has he gone without pooping? (Yes I'm aware how weird that sounds)
If he is impacted and you can't get it out, a vet visit is the next step. He may require surgery to remove whatever's stuck in there, and the more problems it causes will require a higher vet bill. Do not let the vet give him an enema.

Keep weighing him to make sure he stays at a healthy weight. If his belly feels normal, he isn't dragging his hind legs, and he isn't straining to poop, you can relax a bit and try some more soft food. Sometimes beardies will stop going poop for a week or two and then have one big, stinky poop to make up for it-a little something for you to look forward to.

Just a warning about this because there are at times very bad reactions afterwards including beardie dying within a day to a week . Some vets give an enema when a dragon is going in to brumation and not pooing during this time, not recognizing that beardies rarely poo during their " sleepy "...
