does anyone know what that wave means. Hopper does it when Spazz is around?

In older BDs it can be part of the mating ritual & is also considered a sign of submission. Young BDs just do it because, well, they just do, no particular rhyme or reason behind it. They will do it when there are 10 other dragons or no dragons around, it really doesn't seem to matter.
