Has anyone ever fed praying mantis to their beardie?

A friend of mine recently gave me a bunch of these tiny praying mantis babies that one of her reptiles wouldn't eat. She told me I could feed them to my beardie, but I'm kind of wary. I've never fed these to a beardie before. Spyro is around 2 months old I'm guessing. I'm tempted to just get rid of them, but I wanted opinions first. Thanks

I wouldn't feed them let them loose. They are great at keeping bug control in your yard.

I have, in sort of a similar situation. Because of the way they move I ended up having to wiggle it by hand. He didn't recognize it as food
