my bearded dragon yoda is about 4 months old I've have him about 3 weeks now and noticed his belly has these zig zags all over it, neck also. Done some reaserch and apparently it's stress marks
Now his hot end is about 110 and cold end about 80. He's kept in my room where I don't play loud music ect and hold him daily
He eats poo and sheds fine
No I don't know if it's because he's in a new cage and different surrounding without his siblings is making his colour dark but he seems to go back to normal colours when I handle him. But I just want to see if anyone has any ideas
All advise is very welcome

He's adorable – don't stress too much about the stress marks. It could be any of the things that you listed or it could just be because. If he's eating and pooping – that's always good!

Stress marks aren't always something bad. A lot of times it's just their mood at that moment. He could still be adjusting to his new home. It's a good sign they disappear when you hold him, that means he likes you and feels comfortable with you.
