As most you know I had been taking care of my friends reptiles while he worked 70 to 80 hours a week. That had diminished greatly when he decided to pair them all up. I dont know the first thing about baby care..Other than the obvious feed them. Well last night the crevice mom gave live birth to 5 babies. They are half the width of a dime. (maybe even thinner), and about an inch long. So fragile looking. So here I am today looking at these precious babies...knowing I know nothing about proper care. I have been researching. I feel so sad. They are so tiny. They are from the NW here in Washington. I did remove them from the tank where mom and dad were, maybe I should put them back. I know this is a tragedy. I love these reptiles. If anyone here knows anyone who can provide advice on fence/crevice lizards of the pacific northwest, PLEASE pass it one to me. Thanks. They are so small, they almost dont look real. Sorry for the bad photo. My camera is not so great with photos.
