Growth on bearded dragon

When bathing my bearded dragon, Bruce a couple days ago I noticed something that looks like a growth on his side, it seemed to have appeared out of nowhere. Can somebody help me possibly identify what it is and if veterinary care is needed? Thanks.

I don't know what it is, but it looks like there might be two of them.

Yeah, I’ve noticed both of them. It seems like he might have had some shed that got stuck? It also isn’t changing his mood/appetite/pooping habits.

I heard back and this is what was said

Not sure, might be stuck shed or ingrown scale of some sort but doesn't look serious. As with all things, have a vet check it if it gets worse. Could put some Neosporin on
