I'm no leo expert but that tail should be much thicker for a gecko that size. It's a poor quality picture so I can't judge but it does look very thin.

looks very bad to me. i have 4 fat, happy leos. none of them were ever that skinny, even when babies

A bit thin... Perhaps parasites.. don't know.. do know that a fecal and roaches should possibly be in that gecko's future...
