I have fallen in love with the Australian Barking Gecko. They are neat looking things and just look so precious! *fights temptation*

Lol I found them on this website someone directed me to and now I want one. But I promised hubby no more and he chooses the next one if we get another reptile lol.

Underwoodisaurus milli or Nephrurus milli depending on what you read (I can't keep up anymore lol).

Real easy to keep Candice, a trio can live in a 2 foot square tub (single male rule applies). Minimal heating requirements strictly terestrial so enclosure height is not a problem 1 foot is sufficient. You really can't go wrong with these guys....

Temps: hotside 27-30oC max, cool side temps no minimum (just don't let them freeze) even at 10oC on the coolside they be fine in fact they prefer it. Heating provided by heat cord or heatmat under the enclosure. Preferebly a glass enclosure or just rubbermaid tubs of the appropriate size (most peeps in OZ keep gex in tubs) as a wooden enclosure will warp in time with the misting.
Light spray once every three days
Feed appropriate size prey every three days
Substrate: play sand 1-2 inches deep with upturned terecotta pot bases with entrance holes cut out for hides, small retes/ackie stack made from slate an additional environmental enrichment but totally optional.

Then ENJOY
