Fuits for bearded dragon

so my uncle went to the store for me to get some fruits for treats for my beardie but the store didnt have any fresh fruits so instead he got the frozen kind that has mix berries in it strawberries blueberries rasberries blackberries if i thaw some out would it be ok to give my beardie some he normally gets treats once a month or will it be a bad idea

Treat worms are better- butter worms super worms horn worms - fruit should be fed sparingly - especially blueberries they are high in sugar

fruits i give once a month i dont give all the time cause i know its high in sugar but my uncle bought frozen fruit i have ppl telling i can feed frozen some said fresh once a month but i just wanted to make sure cause he gets his worms as a treat with his enrichment toy

You can give frozen just thaw them out but the fresher ones are better
