frilled dragon

hello everyone, i decided im going to look into getting a frilled lizard/dragon sometime soon and im building a custom tank for it.

i have read up on them a lot and i joined a forum for it even to make sure i have everything right before i get him.

the care for bearded dragons is simmalar to the frilled. the main differences is the humidity which must be very high, the home should be much taller then it is long, and frilled dragons dont eat much greens at all.

other minor differences but it seems like the basics are all the same. found a good dealer that can get me a good frilled dragon for around $170 shipped.

Pretty cool! My husband has always wanted a frilled, the only thing that has stopped us is the tank size for maintaining an adult frilled is much larger.

i have been told if you start good off the bat then you wont need any more tanks. im doing a tank 6' tall by 3ish feet deep by 3ish feet wide maybe even biger i have not decided yet, but im building it myself. the like tall tanks more then long ones.

yes there is a forum, frilled dragons have been pets for quite some time now and there is a large suply of CB and CBB frilled dragons. they are a little more needy then Bd's but they are so cool! the forum i joined is http://www.thefrilleddragon.com/forum.php or the normal site www.thefrilleddragon.com/
