As a graduation gift from me to me, for all my accomplishments, i wanted to get a frilled dragon or an uromastyx....the only problem is...i can't decide:( i would like both because they are unique and i would like another lizard companion when dutchess doesn't want to be bothered with me. I have done extensive research on both lizards and now the only problem is...choosing which lizard i want...any recomendations? Help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you:)

Uros seem like they're much more handle-able, if that's something that is factoring into your choice...
Frilleds seem really cool but they also seem a lot more difficult to care for. I may be wrong though

I would tend to agree with Josh. Though I think the worst part about taking care of a frilled is the huge cage.

I have kept uros and beardeds before. Both are very nice. Must keep the uros quite hot. I have not had a frilled, but can only attest that some uros can be a personable as the beardeds. Also I like the way the face looks like a turtle without it's shell. They are easy to feed too. They even eat and crunch away at lentils. Now that is cool.

Frilled dragons always remind me of Rescuers Down Under!
Couldn't agree more! But I think they are a lot harder to care for and need a very big habitat. And so do Uros but I think they are a bitt easier and a lot better to handle.

personally i would go with a frillie beacuse they are more like a beardie and from what i understand i would never ever wanna get bit by a uro they got a lotta jaw power for thier size but over all the uro would be a better choice given the choices lol have fun with your new rep once you get it:)
