My bearded seems to be veering to one side when she walks. Her head keeps leaning over to the right and she seems unbalanced. She hasn't had a heat bulb or UV for a few days as the bulbs broke. Im replacing them tomorrow. Does anyone have any ideas as to why Frank's balance is so off.

This isn’t an answer as to why balance is off, but in future it would be worth keeping spare bulbs at home so your beardie is never without UVA or UVB for this long!

Please get her to the vet for an appointment, it could be a neurological problem causing her to wobble.
Its possible she has an ear infection but that needs to be addressed by a reptile vet --- www.arav.org
Lets go over the lighting in the tank --- UVB brand and bulb coil or tube and where in the tank is it
Basking temps what are they and how are you taking them ? No stick ons they are inaccurate --- please NO coils for a UVB -- How old is the dragon? UVB and basking temps are the most crucial thing in that tank --- please keep spares for basking bulbs you dont want your dragon to go more than a day w / out heat and depending on what your using for UVB will tell me what expiration is for that bulb
