food for bearded dragon question

my bearded dragon flame is about six months old and he seems to like super worms better than crickets because whenever I feed him crickets, he eats like 3 then he ignores it and closes his eyes. I've heard some people say that bearded dragons should eat more crickets than worms but I'm not sure. can my beardie eat more worms that crickets and is it healthy? thx.

Super worms are a treat not a staple- he's hooked on the supers- please try a different staple feeder like dubia roaches silk worms or bsfl- I can post websites for those - is he eating fresh salads?

OK so your silk worms are a staple feeder - you can feed those 2-3 times per week
