First vet visit

I have a new bearded dragon, from what I was told she's one and a half or two. She's never seen a vet before and her previous owners didn't take the best care of her. What can I expect at a vet visit? I've taken dogs, cats and my pig, but this will be my first herp vet.

That's great that you've taken her on and want to give her a great life!
If you can you want to bring a poop sample freshest possible (time/date it you can put it in the fridge) so they can check for parasites. They may draw blood to make sure she isn't deficient in any way due to her previous poor care.

Yep just bring a fecal sample. You can even save it in a baggie in your fridge until your appointment. They will just look over your dragon, Like Hdrydr31 said, they may take a blood sample. They will probably pull on it's beard to check in it's mouth. Basically what they would do for a dog or cat except for the rectal temp!
