So I've only fed my crickets with what my beardies eat. I've tried some gutload stuff made by this pet place too. Anyway, I've heard of feeding crickets a high quality dog food? What brands would be good? My sister picked up a bag of Beneful for me that was a sample being given out. Here's the stuff:

Also, if this one can be used, could I use it for my superworms? Or would feeding it to superworms be a little hard... ?

I know some use fish and cat food. I don't know.....people who I trust use it, but personally I like to feed the crix what my beardie eats. I tend to just feed veggies (greens)

I feed mine EVERYTHING.

Ground up dog food, fish flakes (They go bonkers over it), beardie pellets that I had and my beardie wont eat them.
Then as Lisa said, the leftovers from her salad at the end of the day plus fresh veggies every day like carrots / endive / swiss chard / green beans / butternut
