Supers are not a good staple feeder you need something like dubias crickets or silk worms and BSFL although those are small for an adult you would need alotWoah I overfeed my boy then. He gets 6 supers everyday and salad everyday. Thanks for this.

That is way too many- they are meant for treats once- two times per week - I recommend getting him on a staple feeder like roaches crickets BSFL or silk wormsI get 200 superworms he eats them all in a week sometimes.
Dragons need to be fed daily. Under a year of age it’s 80% protein and 20% veggies. Over a year, 20% protein and 80% veggies. Food should be dusted with calcium daily WITHOUT D3. To much vitamin D is toxic for Dragons. As long as you have a full spectrumUVB light (changed out every 6 months), they never need a vitamin D supplement. Be careful with the type of protein you feed. You want gut loaded feeder insects that are low in fat. Insects high in fat can cause fatty liver disease. Avoid feeding to many super worms, mealworm and wax works. These are high in protein but also high in fat.Just to be clear... how often are you really supposed to feed your bearded dragon?
