Feed supplements

Hi just wanted to know if someone could give me advice on how and when should I feed these supplements to my Shrek maybes if someone could give me a rough idea on on how you do yours!? Here's some pics of the supplements I've ordered

The reason I'm asking is I know that they can o.d on d3 and that's the last thing I want to happen to my boy

Ps I have been giving Shrek supplements just these ones are not the ones I've been using he has Komodo calcium dust and nutrobal thanks in advance.

I do a calcium without D3 every day and a multi vitamin once a week.

So you wouldn't recommend the d3? Coz I'll just use that one for my Leo's

I feel like they get enough D3 from their light plus taking them out in the natural sunlight.
