I was wondering if folks wanted to chime in with which veggies seem to be your dragons favorite? I'm interested to see the commonalities, and the diversity. Also, may be helpful to those first introducing our young ones to the salad.
Every dragon has his favorite they are like people own taste and its trial and error w/ trying to find out what they like- I have not figured out what mine like best - I feed them collards kale once in a while as they dont seem to care for it too much and turnip greens I dont feed mustard as it tends to go bad so fast - so mainly stick w/ collards and turnip - today I got some fresh dandelion greens so those are going into the bowl this morning along w/ collards squash and some shredded sweet potato --I was wondering if folks wanted to chime in with which veggies seem to be your dragons favorite? Great input! ThanksI do struggle to get my girl to eat veggies, but when she does eat them, hibiscus leaves are probably her favorite, peas are another fav , carrot and lastly broccoli (but sparingly) ive found that bearded dragons are more into color and shape than taste, they love round and jagged greens
