The morph he is would be a dunner i identify them the easiest bc thats what kind mine is when i got him as a baby

He looks pretty normal to me, he does have a very cool pattern though!! his nails are black, so he isnt a hypo, he does kinda look like a dunner dragon, “fancy” usually means a little color or hypo-melinistic , petsmart/petco usually just have leather backs, dunners, a little orange, a little red, a little yellow, anything else is gonna be 200$++

I got mine from petco and dont regret it mine is a hypomelanistic dunner morph as long as you take good care of them there awesome pets

Thank you. I never even thought to look at her nails. I have always been a dog person but my husband is allergic. I am actually really surprised how loveable they are. It's just the same as a pet puppy. Petco is the worst. Our first beardie was 0 months old. I had no idea. They sold me the set up and told me to feed her meal worms. The set up did not have a uv light and I thought she was going into brumation but she died from impaction. I cried for days and didn't sleep, if I think about it now I still cry. I just keep blaming myself that something like that can happen to an innocent creature.

What is your opinion on getting a second beardie. Do they need two different set ups?

Ive narrowed it down to a hypo melanistic dunner or just a tan sand tiger it looks like he has different colors and patterns at times but from what ive looked at hes one or the other lol
