You may recall that Falkor barely ate the first two weeks I had him. Many of you advised me to be patient and let him settle in. I tried my best, but it was hard for me.
I've been on vacation the last week, but I had a Vet Tech lizard sitting and coming by to feed Falkor twice a day. He weighed 12 grams when I left. Today he weighed in at 19 grams, a gain of one gram a day. He's now eating 3 - 4 superworms plus his salad in the AM and 6 - 8 dubia and or crickets in the PM. I placed them, one at a time, 6" to 10" away from him and he attacks with reckless abandon as soon as he sees them move.
Thanks to everyone that advised me to be patient. You were, it appears, spot on with your tips and hand holding!!
I'll give him six months and he should be big enough and ready for an MMA grudge match with my wife's anole killing weinie dogs.
