EMERGENCY HELP

We unfortunately have a mouse infestation. The pest control service is supposed to come tomorrow and many of the sites say they will have to air out the rooms among other things. I do not have the strength to move the tank or have anyone at the moment to help me, nor any idea where to put the tank because there are mouse droppings EVERYWHERE including under and around her tank.

It is a local company and I am not sure if they are used to cold blooded animals.

Please tell me what I should be aware of and careful of.

Hmm I am not sure what to suggest on this topic Maybe you can cover the tank with something and take her to a friends place in a safe escape proof room with a heat lamp?
Have you talked about having a lizard and the precautions needed?

My mother finally called the exterminator but never told me. I've been asking over two weeks to avoid the possibly of an infestation. It's complicated.

Anyway H-31, if you have read my posts I am over protective (if there is such a thing) about anything that concerns her so I'm ready with a battery of questions!

Not sure what they would use that would be cause to air the house out. For mice they usually put pellets down or traps or something. I have to tell you that recently we had the our dining room painted. They had to repair the drywall and prime and paint. We left our dragons, chameleon and frogs in their tanks in their room that is right off the dining room and just closed the door and opened the windows (even though it was cold outside). Closing their door didn't really help with the fumes much but they did just fine.

Awe, well thank you. I'm here to help so much because I don't have much else going on besides my reptiles LOL! Anytime it comes to animals, I try to help.
