Egg whites

I've noticed a lot of you more experienced users recommend egg whites over pinkies for gravid females as well as for malnourished dragons in need of calcium. I'm wondering if this is something that can be used as an occasional treat for healthy dragons as well?
I'm always exploring ways to increase my girls variety as much as possible, as long as it's healthy of course. I'd love to add just a little in her salad to see if it may encourage her to actually eat it lol but would like to get opinions from you guys first.

pinkies provide lots of calories. egg white? not so much. there's some debate about feeding eggs to beardies. I would tend to err on the side of caution and use other foods and / or supplements to up her calcium / calories (fat)

Thanks for your response. I will probably just stick with other things to provide plenty of variety for her

I see using pinkies as a last resort as there are plenty of supplements, greens and bugs to offer what they need.. They are alot to process for the dragons.. but that is my own feelings..

I share your opinion on that matter. It's risky. I will not even feed live ones to my snake due to the fact I've seen many snakes with horrible scars and infections where the mouse fought back. With pinkies I know this isn't usually an issue but it's still a lot for a dragons system to handle and not worth the risk imo. If spyra ever lays eggs and seems to be in desperate need of calcium I may use some egg whites than. But as for now I'm going to stick to the insects I know she can handle and are beneficial to her.

I topped her salad with a few slices of plum today as a treat and it encouraged her to get a little more greens than usual. I may just use fruit occasionally to add variety and motivate her to eat a little salad every now and than
