Eating grass when outside

Hey guys, so every time I take my girl outside to get some natural sun rays she takes a bite of grass or random weeds. We do not use pesticides in our yard but I do want to make sure this isn't going to harm her? She really enjoys running around in the yard and I believe it's good exercise and a positive form of stimulation for her so I would really like to continue allowing her to do that. Any thoughts on this?

Here is a picture of what she has been eating. Not sure what that is but she only bites the leaves of it

That is a Broadleaf Plantain I am looking to see if this is an ok item but generally the only weed I let mine eat would be dandelions..but yes there are many unsafe plants I do alot of my searching of lists on thebeardeddragon.org as they have safe and unsafe plants

UPDATE: yes that is safe to eat however you shouldn't let them eat much of it.

Thanks Hdrydr. We have these literally all over our yard so it's real hard to avoid them. Whatever it is about that plant she is just drawn to it, wish she'd eat her salad like this instead! I'll look into the identification you have given me and see what I can find, hopefully nothing too bad. She's acting fine but I don't want it to continue happening especially if it's bad for her

Thanks so much, makes me feel a lot better. Our deck gets insanely hot so when she goes outside the only place she can really safely walk is in the grass. Thankfully she usually only takes a small bite or two
