Dumping unwanted bunnies

I'm so mad right now! I just went for my nightly walk on the parkway and I could see someone driving away quickly as I approached and found out why as soon as I got to the park. They had dumped over a dozen bunnies, all completely tame but a little shy, right there at the park. There's a special firey pit for people like that! Those poor things would have been eaten by any number of things if I hadn't called the police (animal control had taken vacation, the only people that could get in touch with them was the police). I hope they manage to round them all up! I tried, but only managed to catch two and got many grass stains for my efforts.

What were they thinking when they bought more than one? That they weren't going to pro create and make more? Seriously.... do just a smidgen of research before buying!

I wonder if you can get some animal traps and set them around with food inside? Well, if it's a public park then maybe not... I hope the bunnies will be alright!

I wish, it is public though. I didn't see anymore last time I went walking so either they've integrated or they managed to catch them all. I hope they caught them all. Bunnies would be detrimental to the ecosystem they're trying to re-set up the natural habitat from before humans screwed it up on that parkway. Which is probably why the cops responded so quick. I bet if someone was coming at me with a knife they wouldn't have responded so quick.
