Here is the start of my colony. 50 adults (I think) but only 4 of them are males...

Looking good. Try to keep them dark. They breed better in the dark. Easy pickings for the males. Lol :)

Its in the bottom of my tank stand so when the doors are shut its dark in there. I have found quite a few egg sacks already. Still so gross lol

They have egg sacks that come out of their bottom and then they go back inside after a certain amount of time and then they incubate the egg sack inside of them till they are born, seems live. But technically not

the colony is aprox 75 females and 10 males. I cleared out all the nymphs about 2 weeks ago and started with only the adults in here to see what kind of production I could get. I recommend breeding these for anyone who can. They are really easy to breed. They really require no maintenance. Once in a while give them food and water. Its a one time purchase and then you have feeders for life. They have no smell, and are quite, they cant climb, and the beardies love them.
