Dragon vs. Tortoise. The Stare Down

My BD and Leopard Tortoise have been staring at each other from across their tanks like it's a reptile showdown. I think my tortoise is jealous that there is a new herp because he keeps stamping all across his food without eating. Anybody else ever seen anything like this?

I don't have a tortoise, but it sounds like sibling rivalry from different species of the reptile. LOL. My beardie won't let go of me half the time.
