Dragon pooping in water bowl?

Dash has taken to taking a fat dump in his water. Why is he doing that? He behaves as he normally does just started to poop in his water dish?

Hi!! Dash is totally fine. My bearded Dragon does the same thing! (Also in his food bowl!) Kaida is perfectly healthy, my dad jokes its to clean himself after he poops lol. Dash may be taking a soak and may have relieved himself or he could poop in there just beecause his scent is nonthreatening/ offensive. It may be as simple as a natural behavior in a comfortable enviorment.

Cool!! Thank you very much. He just started doing it yesterday so I was like oh my god is he okay??? New dragon mom and Ive only had him about a month and a half now so I want to make sure he is healthy! And he is a baby too. He likes to sleep in my hair lol

aw!! Dash look so sweet!!! Kaida is a few years old so i understand. Also when Dash gets in your hair, its a warmth and comfort reflex <3 Kaida does the same thing, sometimes i wear a hoodie during the winter or if I have a fan on high speed

Kai pooped in his VEGGIE bowl once when he was a baby...gross! I ended up tossing it and buying him a new one. Just make sure you disinfect the water bowl then rinse it with lots of clean water before refilling and youll be fine. Babies go where they go...adults are better about having a chosen spot lol.

Lol yeah he poos everywhere! Like dude pick a spot!! But he seems to like to poo in his waterbowl. He was pooping in his food bowl so this is an improvement I guess lol
